Key Account Manager - Renewal Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our team as a Renewal Specialist.

This role will be responsible for driving retention and customer loyalty, growing current client revenues, and fostering customer relationships. As the point of contact for assigned renewal customers, you will negotiate and close renewals while identifying additional opportunities for engagement with our clients.

You will work closely with Account Managers to maintain and expand our customer footprint, leveraging a renewal framework to focus on closing contract renewals among our streamlined customers. You will also present products and services information to all accounts, build rapport with customers through phone conversations, and set aggressive goals for annual revenue achievement against each account.

The ideal candidate will possess strong solution-selling skills, effectively manage internal relationships with Sales and Client Services departments, and accurately forecast sales opportunities via pipeline reports. You will monitor and report renewal activity, handle customer renewals to prevent contractual gaps, and escalate customer questions and issues to the appropriate support teams.

Additionally, you will oversee projects through to conclusion, perform other duties as assigned, and ensure customer issues are acknowledged and resolved within 24 hours.


Requirements:
  • Spanish Language Expertise is essential. A Bachelor's degree is required, with strong academic performance desired.
  • At least 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing, B2B, revenue-generating role, with more experience welcomed.
  • Experience selling or managing accounts in SaaS/technology/hospitality space is a plus, along with a proven ability to integrate knowledge across disciplines.
