Renewal Management Specialist

Our company is seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Manager - Renewals. In this position, you will be responsible for managing relationships with channel and bank partners to drive persistency and renewals.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel and bank partners to ensure successful business outcomes.
- Monitor and improve performance metrics to achieve collections targets.
- Ensure regular governance and coordination with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.
- Provide data analysis and insights to inform business decisions.
- Identify and resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate or Postgraduate degree.
- Experience: 5-6 years of experience in insurance and related processes.
- Skills: Strong communication and relationship-building skills, knowledge of MLI process and systems, and ability to analyze data and provide insights.
