Job Summary

The Legal Assistant Manager will play a crucial role in the company's legal operations. This position involves drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, conducting land due diligence, supporting mergers and acquisitions transactions, performing regulatory research, and collaborating with internal and global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements including NDAs, Purchase Orders, Work Orders, and Service Agreements.
  • Conduct land acquisition processes through title verification and legal clearances.
  • Prepare and finalize land-related documentation such as lease deeds, sale deeds, and conveyance deeds.
  • Support mergers and acquisitions transactions by assisting in legal due diligence, transaction structuring, and documentation.
  • Review and analyze key agreements including SPAs, SHAs, and JV contracts.
  • Conduct legal research on applicable laws and regulations affecting renewable energy projects.
Requirements
  • LL.B. / BA LL.B. degree from a recognized institution.
  • Must be enrolled with the Bar Council.
  • 3-5 years of experience in contract law, infrastructure/renewable energy, or corporate transactions (in-house or law firm).
  • Strong grasp of contract law, electricity regulations, and land laws.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage diverse stakeholders.
