Electrolysis Plant Process Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled process engineer to lead the development and implementation of electrolysis plants. The successful candidate will have a strong background in process engineering, with experience in power, oil, and gas or related new energy sectors.

About the Role
  • Lead the project as process lead for all process-related activities and main point of contact for customer, stakeholder, and vendor.
  • Develop specifications for components and systems according to valid codes and standards.
  • Design and maintain PID diagrams and associated data sheets, component, and instrumentation lists in COMOS environment.
  • Develop specifications for automation of electrolysis plants.
  • Coordinate process engineering execution and interfaces with customers, subcontractors, and internal experts of other engineering disciplines such as layout planning, electrical engineering, and automation.

This role requires excellent communication skills, teamwork collaboration capabilities, and intercultural sensitivity. Fluency in English is a must, and great passion for the area of energy transition and decarbonization is highly desirable.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in process/chemical engineering/mechanical or related engineering areas.
  • At least 10 years of experience in power, oil, and gas or related new energy sectors.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Intercultural sensitivity and willingness to travel.
  • Fluent knowledge of English.
