Senior Energy Storage Specialist

We are seeking a talented specialist to design and develop battery energy storage systems for renewable energy projects across India.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop battery energy storage systems, encompassing electrical, mechanical, and thermal aspects.
- Create and review detailed designs, calculations, and specifications ensuring compliance with industry standards (IEEE, IEC) and safety regulations.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to guarantee successful project execution and stay updated on the latest advancements in battery technologies and energy storage solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical engineering, focusing on BESS or related industries.
- Familiarity with energy storage technologies, such as batteries and inverters.
- Strong knowledge of electrical design principles and methodologies, including CAD and CAE.
- Fundamentals of mechanical and thermal engineering principles.
- Awareness of industry standards (IEEE, NEC) and regulatory requirements.
- Mastery of energy storage system simulation software.
- Experience with energy management systems and SCADA technology.
- Knowledge of energy efficiency best practices.
