Battery Energy Storage Professional

This is a unique opportunity to take on a challenging role as a Battery Energy Storage Specialist. The successful candidate will have the chance to develop and implement innovative solutions for battery energy storage systems, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve project success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop battery energy storage systems, encompassing electrical, mechanical, and thermal aspects.
  • Develop and review detailed designs, calculations, and specifications to ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
  • Evaluate and implement safety protocols for battery handling, installation, and operation.
  • Collaborate with electrical engineers, project managers, and field technicians to ensure successful project execution.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in battery technologies and energy storage solutions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on battery energy storage or related industries.
  • Familiarity with energy storage technologies, such as batteries and inverters.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical design principles and methodologies, including CAD and CAE.
  • Knowledge of mechanical and thermal engineering principles.
  • Experience with battery energy storage design software, such as ETAP and SKM.
  • Familiarity with industry standards, like IEEE and NEC, and regulatory requirements.
