Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage Accounting Functions: Oversee all accounting functions, including billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, inventory/cost accounting, and revenue recognition.
  2. Ensure Compliance: Ensure GST compliance, manage statutory and regulatory compliances related to company law, income tax, and RBI requirements.
  3. Prepare Financial Reports: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, develop forecasts for income statements, balance sheets, and cash flows.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: CA Semi-qualified, MBA Finance, or equivalent qualifications.
  • Experience: Prior experience of handling finance activities, preferably in a manufacturing or startup environment.
  • Skills: Proficiency in ZOHO & Tally, advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
