    2. Coordinates with external tax advisors and regulatory authorities regarding statutory audits, tax filings, and dispute resolution.
  3. Audits and Controls:
    1. Leads internal and external audits, liaising with auditors and ensuring that audits are conducted effectively and efficiently.
    2. Develops and implements internal controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial statements and safeguard company assets.
  4. Financial Performance Analysis:
    1. Prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on financial performance, with variance analysis and recommendations for management.
    2. Supports business leaders with financial insights, key metrics, and decision support.
