The successful candidate will have a strong background in India Staffing, with experience in Non-IT Recruitment, Team Leadership, Delivery, and Account Management.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate daily activities involving assigning targets, allocating work, monitoring performance, and supervising the recruitment team.
  • Responsible for supervision of daily activities involving assigning targets, allocations of work, monitoring performance and other functioning of the recruitment team.
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting: interviewed, offered, negotiated, and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.
  • Perform reference checks, drug screens, and background checks on applicants. Follow-ups on all contract agreements and Physical PO's.
  • Co-ordinate between Account Management, Recruitment and HR team for BGV & necessary compliance for resource on boarding
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in India Staffing, including Non-IT Recruitment, Team Leadership, Delivery, and Account Management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, team building, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to develop client-focused organizational cultures resulting in significantly higher customer satisfaction.
  • Experience in Process Management, Operations, Client Servicing, Training, and Team Management.
Work Environment:

This role will be based in HO (Head Office) and may require travel to sites as needed.

Salary:

The estimated annual salary for this role is ₹30,00,000 - ₹50,00,000 depending on experience.
