Job Title: Key Account Manager
\The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key end-user clients in the industrial sector to drive long-term engagement and business growth.

- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key end-user clients in the industrial sector.\
- Sales Target Achievement: Ensure monthly and annual sales goals are consistently met or exceeded.\
- Solution Selling: Understand client requirements thoroughly and propose tailored MRO and industrial solutions aligned with their needs.\
- Commercial Discussions: Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and commercial terms with customers to close deals successfully.\
- Account Ownership: Serve as a single point of contact for assigned accounts, providing prompt resolution to customer queries and issues.\
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with procurement, logistics, and technical teams to ensure smooth order execution and timely delivery.\
- Market Intelligence: Monitor industry developments, competitor activities, and market trends to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of competition.\
- Reporting: Prepare and present accurate sales reports, forecasts, pipeline updates, and customer insights to the management team on a regular basis.\
- Customer Engagement: Drive initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.\
- CRM Utilization: Leverage CRM tools to track leads, manage opportunities, follow up effectively, and maintain updated customer data.\
- Qualifications & Skills:\

- 3 to 4 years of proven experience in industrial sales, B2B account management, or MRO/engineering product sales.\
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.\
- Proven ability to manage customer accounts independently and deliver results against targets.\
- Proficiency in using CRM platforms and MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).\
- Ability to analyze market trends and convert insights into actionable business strategies.\
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach.\
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams while maintaining high accountability and ownership.\
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.\
- Industry knowledge and expertise in MRO and industrial products.\
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office tools.\
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.\\
