Business Development Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to lead the development and maintenance of relationships with key decision-makers in the Manufacturing and Energy industry in West India. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional to leverage their expertise in driving revenue growth, managing complex sales cycles, and building strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers in the Manufacturing and Energy industry in West India.
  • Lead complex sales cycles and present the value proposition of our enterprise software solutions to C-level executives.
  • Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement while creating satisfied and referenceable customers.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience carrying quota and closing deals in software or technology sales, preferably in the Manufacturing and Energy industry.
  • Proven track record of managing deals with customers in West India and consistently over-achieving quota in past positions.
  • Ability to create customer value and volume deals, with a strong understanding of the Manufacturing and Energy industry.
  • Experience managing and closing complex sales cycles, with a degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
Desired Skills:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with previous Sales Methodology training preferred.
  • CRM experience and understanding of Cloud computing technology are also desirable.
  • Ability to work at a fast pace, team environment, with strong digital literacy and customer references.
