Sector Partnership Lead
DescriptionThis leadership role focuses on expanding Adobe's presence in the Indian education sector through strategic partnerships with key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive partnership strategy to drive business growth and product adoption.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and engage with potential partners across ISVs, publishers, ICT players, APS chains, NGOs, labs, hardware suppliers, and other education-focused organizations.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements aligned with Adobe's strategic goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful partner onboarding and enablement.
- Drive joint go-to-market initiatives with partners to promote Adobe's education offerings.
- Monitor partner performance and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Represent Adobe at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings to build brand visibility and thought leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or channel management, preferably in the education or technology sector.
- Proven track record of building and managing successful partner ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of the Indian education landscape and key stakeholders.
- Experience working in the education sector and with partner types such as ISVs, Publishers, NGOs, APS, ICT players, Labs, and Hardware Suppliers is essential.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
