Job Title: Business Analyst

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in driving business success by analyzing complex problems and developing innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive requirements documentation to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Elicit requirements through expert interviewing, thorough document analysis, and collaborative workshops.
  • Assist with gap analysis, business process redesign, and roadmap planning to drive continuous improvement.
  • Translate business needs into technical solutions, working closely with architects and developers.
  • Visualize future states and design change processes to drive business growth.
  • Provide strategic insights to leadership on best practices, industry trends, and business opportunities.
  • Identify and implement process improvements for continuous learning and growth.
  • Train and transfer knowledge to colleagues, users, and stakeholders as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience in eCommerce.
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in gathering requirements in the eCommerce space.
  • SCRUM certification is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work effectively in a globally distributed environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering results in dynamic, team-based settings.
  • Excellent communication skills to navigate customer challenges and resolve issues.
  • Demonstrated ability to interact comfortably with all levels of management and staff.
Technical Skills:
  • Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology and experience working in fast-paced Scrum environments.
  • Ability to understand complex business problems and develop meaningful solutions.
  • Experience working with diverse stakeholders on business and technology initiatives.
  • Proficiency with work management tools like Jira and ServiceNow is an asset.
Physical Requirements:
  • Flexibility to work times with at least 4 hours of overlap with US EST Time zone.
