Job Overview

This role is designed for experienced data professionals who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both business operations and technical systems, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

The Analytics Engineer will be responsible for developing and maintaining large-scale data models, identifying performance metrics and automation opportunities, and creating data stories for internal and external stakeholders.

In addition to these key responsibilities, the successful candidate will also serve as a subject matter expert for the Enterprise Data Model, design and develop dbt code, and provide cross-team support for CRM and Marketing teams.

The company is seeking a highly skilled professional with a track record of optimal data model development, expertise in leading BI platforms, and experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain large-scale data models
  • Identify performance metrics and automation opportunities
  • Develop data stories for internal and external stakeholders
  • Serve as subject matter expert for the Enterprise Data Model
  • Design and develop dbt code
  • Provide cross-team support for CRM and Marketing teams
  • Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in the data space as an analyst, engineer, scientist, or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience managing/building data visualization solutions
  • Expert proficiency in at least one leading BI Platform (DOMO, Tableau, Power BI)
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS (Databricks strongly preferred)
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R
  • Demonstrated experience in one or more of the following business subject areas: marketing, finance, sales, product, customer success, customer support, engineering, or people
