Business Analyst Role

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial part in bridging the gap between business objectives and technical solutions.

Your role as a Technical Business Analyst will involve collaborating with business stakeholders and IT teams to identify, analyze, and tackle business challenges and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Partner with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business needs and requirements.
  2. Lead efforts to enhance and optimize business processes and systems throughout the organization.
  3. Analyze existing business processes, identifying inefficiencies, and recommend improvements or automation solutions.
  4. Create and update detailed functional documents, including user stories and use cases.
  5. Organize and lead workshops, interviews, and discussions to clarify expectations and requirements.
  6. Translate business needs into actionable technical specifications for development teams.
  7. Evaluate potential technology solutions, recommending options that align with business objectives.
  8. Collaborate with project managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure the success of projects.
  9. Design visual representations of business processes, such as flowcharts and data models.
  10. Conduct in-depth data analysis to provide insights that inform business decisions.
  11. Oversee user acceptance testing to validate that solutions meet business criteria.
  12. Offer training and guidance to end-users during and post system implementation.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools and technologies.
