Job Overview

The Senior Business Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, facilitate meetings, and develop functional requirements documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive business requirement documents in the form of user stories, process flows, and user acceptance criteria.
  • Elicit requirements through interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, and workflow analysis.
  • Assist with gap analysis, business process redesign, roadmap planning, and developing proof-of-concepts.
  • Translate business needs into technical solutions for Customer Engagement with the help of Architects and Developers.
  • Provide information to stakeholders regarding best practices, industry trends, and business opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in gathering business requirements and facilitating meetings with different stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders.
  • Critical thinking to identify and resolve issues, devise creative solutions, and make informed decisions.
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce applications, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and NetZero Cloud.
  • Experience with Agile methodology and tools like JIRA and Confluence.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Clear understanding of SDLC best practices and support compliance requirements.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage fluctuating workload and competing time demands.
  • Ability to align and influence multiple stakeholders for delivery of competing priorities.
