Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Business Solutions Expert, you will be responsible for identifying business needs and developing solutions to drive growth and efficiency.

About the Role:

  • Exposure to GRC tools such as OpenPages, MetricStream, or ServiceNow is essential.
  • Strong experience in banking domain with expertise in Credit Risk, Wealth Management, and Supply Chain domains.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies and hands-on experience with Jira.
  • Detailed understanding of requirement elicitation, analysis, management, system analysis, and quality assurance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with direct client interaction.
  • Able to work closely with stakeholders, including project sponsors, product owners, developers, QA, and end users.
  • Act as a liaison between business and development teams.
