Business Analysis Role

This is a business analysis role that involves working with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions. You will be part of a team that focuses on delivering applications across Life & Health Underwriting and Claims domains.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze complex business needs and develop functional and non-functional specifications.
  • Collaborate in crafting risk assessment and decision models.
  • Contribute to conceptualization and innovation of new initiatives.
  • Act as a bridge between business and IT, solving business challenges through technology.
  • Work closely with designers and UX experts to develop prototypes.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies with development teams.
  • Continuously look for ways to enhance application quality and development processes.
  • Maintain focus on high-quality documentation for requirements and specifications.
  • Support and evolve business analysis standards across the organization.
  • Share knowledge and mentor peers within the team.
  • Coordinate and conduct user acceptance testing.

  • Agile software development experience preferred.
  • Familiar with project management methodologies.
