Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Appian Business Solutions Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing business solutions that drive clear business value.
The ideal candidate will have experience in working on Agile projects, with a strong understanding of designing processes in Appian using Analyst and Designer views. They will also possess knowledge of Appian Smart Services, Tempo Interface, and Scenario-based requirements gathering.
In addition, the successful candidate will have demonstrable experience in design, testing, and implementation of large complex systems, preferably in an international environment. They will also have expertise in analysing and documenting business processes, as well as writing business requirements and functional requirements.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement business solutions that demonstrate clear business value
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable solutions
- Develop and maintain processes and procedures to ensure efficient delivery of solutions
- Analyse and document business processes to identify areas for improvement
- Write business and functional requirements to inform solution development
Requirements
- Current L2 Appian certified
- Evidence of designing business solutions that demonstrate clear business benefit
- Experience of working on Agile projects
- Knowledge of Designing Process in Appian using Appian Analyst and Designer view
- Knowledge of Appian Smart Services
- Knowledge of Tempo Interface
- Proven track record of working closely with key business users
- Experience of Scenario-based requirements gathering
- Demonstrable experience involving design, testing and implementation of large complex systems, ideally in an international environment
- Experience and understanding of business process flows
- Expert in analysing and documenting business processes
- Expert in writing business requirements
- Expert in writing functional requirements
