Job Description

The Mobility Support Specialist will be the primary point of contact for users facing issues with technology, software, or services. This role involves handling and resolving multiple customer support activities, including receiving incoming calls, chats, emails & tickets to provide end-to-end technical and general support resolution.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a high level of organization, and an ability to think critically and troubleshoot complex problems.

This role requires a team player who can thrive in a collaborative environment and work closely with international telecom carriers and service providers to resolve requests and incidents raised by customers.

  • Willingness to work in 24/7 rotational shifts
