Key responsibilities include conducting thorough training needs analyses, coordinating courses and initiatives that align with global strategy and business objectives, facilitating engaging training sessions, and organizing team-building activities that promote collaboration and engagement across departments.

In addition, this role involves designing, delivering, and evaluating comprehensive Learning and Talent Development programs that ensure high-quality content remains relevant and impactful.

A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a related role are required. You must also have a proven track record of designing and delivering successful training programs, as well as evaluating their effectiveness.
