
Facilities Coordinator Position

We are seeking an exceptional Facilities Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our facilities, ensuring that all services are delivered to a high standard and that our clients are satisfied.
Job DescriptionThe Facilities Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Managing maintenance service programs to ensure the highest possible standards and practices;
- Monitoring housekeeping related activities and arranging consumables and supplies for our clients;
- Providing comprehensive facility management services, with a focus on continuous improvement;
- Achieving financial and other targets given by the Facility Manager.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Tertiary qualifications in property, building or facilities management (preferred);
- Excellent people skills and the ability to interact with a wide range of client staff and demands;
- Demonstrated experience with tendering and service improvement initiatives;
- Knowledge of occupational safety requirements;
- Strong PC literacy and the proven ability to manage daily activities using various systems.
