The Assistant Facility Manager is a vital role in our facilities team, responsible for ensuring seamless operation of facilities and services across the region.
- Procurement and Vendor Management: Manage vendor procurement practices, ensuring renegotiation and tendering processes align with client guidelines.
- Benchmarking Services: Benchmark services across properties within the country and region, identifying areas for improvement.
- Facilities Operations: Implement energy management programs, building procedures, and performance measures to ensure accuracy and reliability of systems.
This role involves coordinating contractor management programs, managing preventive and planned maintenance programs, and ensuring consistency of regional policies and procedures. Additionally, the Assistant Facility Manager will assist in developing strategies for risk management, customer service, and profitability initiatives.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and experience in facilities management or a related field. They must be able to work independently and as part of a team, focusing on delivering high-quality results and meeting client expectations.
