This is a leadership position responsible for overseeing the performance and value of hospitality and commercial real estate assets. The Asset Manager will collaborate closely with stakeholders on key initiatives.

  • Drive financial and operational excellence across hotel and restaurant assets
  • Lead budgeting and goal alignment processes with operating partners
  • Conduct regular performance reviews against budgets, analyzing deviations and implementing corrective actions
  • Optimize ROI by analyzing RevPAR, GOP, ADR, occupancy, and EBITDA trends
  • Benchmark with industry data and STR reports to ensure competitiveness

Commercial Asset Management

">
  • Manage leasing, tenant relationships, and yield enhancement at commercial developments
  • Oversee CAM, tenant compliance, facilities, and lifecycle maintenance
  • Develop monetization strategies through leasing, JV, REIT, or selective exits

Land Bank Development

">
  • Drive the development of land banks in key markets
  • Float and manage RFPs for architects, contractors, and brand/operator tie-ups
  • Evaluate feasibility, design concepts, and financial models for new hotels, resorts, and mixed-use developments
  • Ensure timely execution and statutory approvals

Brand & Operator Engagement

  • Identify suitable hotel brands across segments
  • Negotiate management agreements and commercial terms
  • Govern operator relationships to ensure compliance with objectives

Reporting & Strategic Input

  • Maintain dashboards and presentations on asset performance
  • Support stakeholders in preparing investment strategy papers and deal structuring
  • Track hospitality and real estate trends for informed decision making

Key Competencies

  • Financial and analytical acumen with strategic insight
  • Ability to handle operator negotiations, feasibility analysis, and reporting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong project management and execution coordination ability

Experience

">
  • 8–15 years of experience in hotel asset management, real estate development, or investment advisory
  • Experience working with top-tier hotel brands/operators
  • Strong knowledge of hotel P&L, lease structuring, CapEx ROI, and development cycles
  • Exposure to heritage restoration, commercial leasing, and hospitality contracting
