Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Hotel Manager located in Hyderabad. The Hotel Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring guest satisfaction, managing staff, and maintaining quality service standards. Key tasks include handling customer service, budgeting, sales, food and beverage operations, and receptionist duties. The Hotel Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance the hotel's profitability and reputation.
Qualifications
- Customer Service and Receptionist Duties skills
- Experience in Budgeting and Sales
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Previous experience in hotel management is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
