Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hotel Operations Manager, located in Hyderabad.

The Hotel Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing hotel staff.

The role includes monitoring service quality, training staff, ensuring compliance with policies, and coordinating between departments to enhance guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day hotel operations (front office, housekeeping, F&B coordination).

Handle OTA platforms: update inventory, pricing, promotions, and monitor performance.

Coordinate with revenue management for pricing and yield strategies.

Respond to guest reviews/queries on OTAs and ensure high ratings.

Supervise staff scheduling, training, and performance.

Ensure compliance with hotel policies, SOPs, and quality standards.

Prepare operational and financial reports for management.

Qualifications
