
Establish Growth Through Channel Partnerships

We are looking for an experienced professional to lead our sourcing vertical, driving growth through Channel Partners (CPs), corporate tie-ups, and alternative channels.
About the Role:
- Design & build the sourcing organization structure (CP managers, corporate tie-up team, activations)
- Develop CP incentive frameworks aligned with sales targets
- Persuasively engage with top-tier CPs & institutional partners for business activation
- Hire, mentor & lead sourcing managers/executives
- Boost CP engagement via events, training, loyalty programs & digital platforms
- Report CP channel contribution distinctly (visits, bookings, revenue)
Key Objectives:
- Sourcing team setup within 6 months
- 50–70% sales contribution from CPs (Ahmedabad benchmark)
- Routine corporate partnership pipeline
- Organized CP meet/event calendar
Essential Qualifications:
- MBA/Graduate with strong sales background
- 12–15 years of real estate sales experience
- Minimum 5+ years in CP/Sourcing leadership roles at reputable developers
- Extensive CP network across Ahmedabad & Gujarat
- Proven track record of scaling CP-driven sales
- Strong leadership, negotiation & relationship management skills
