We are seeking a proactive and people-focused HR professional to manage HR operations and engage with clients on requirement discussions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage recruitment end-to-end: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews using job portals, and AI tools.
  • Support onboarding & induction, including virtual onboarding, and maintain accurate employee records in HRIS.
