Talent Acquisition Specialist

As a key member of our recruitment team, the Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a pivotal role in identifying and attracting top talent to drive business growth.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders. Proficiency in creating compelling job descriptions, advertisements, and interview guides is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers to Understand Job Requirements and Specifications
  • Advise and Guide on Recruitment Best Practices and Interview Techniques
  • Create Accurate Job Descriptions and Advertisements to Attract Top Talent
  • Candidate Assessment and Selection:
    • Conduct Interviews to Assess Candidates' Skills, Experience, and Cultural Alignment
    • Administer Pre-Employment Tests, Assessments, and Reference Checks as Needed
    • Present Shortlists of Qualified Candidates to Hiring Managers and Assist in Interview Coordination
  • Onboarding and New Hire Integration:
    • Oversee Onboarding Process for New Hires, Ensuring Smooth Transition into Company
    • Coordinate with HR and Other Departments to Ensure New Hires Receive Proper Training and Orientation
  • Employer Branding:
    • Work with Marketing and Communications Teams to Build and Promote Company's Employer Brand
    • Participate in Career Fairs, University Recruiting Events, and Other Talent Outreach Activities
  • Reporting and Metrics:
    • Track and Report on Key Recruitment Metrics such as Time-to-Fill, Cost-per-Hire, Candidate Experience, and Diversity Recruitment Efforts
  • Market Research & Continuous Improvement:
    • Stay Updated on Industry Trends, Compensation Benchmarks, and New Sourcing Tools and Technologies
    • Evaluate and Refine Recruitment Strategies to Meet Evolving Business Needs
