Strategic Business Leader

We are seeking an accomplished Strategic Business Leader to spearhead our international recruitment efforts. As a key member of our admissions team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, ensuring regulatory compliance and overseeing strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Navigate and ensure compliance within a strict regulatory environment, staying abreast of international education regulations and implementing necessary adjustments to admissions processes.
  • Oversee the development and execution of strategic plans for international student recruitment, collaborating with the team to achieve enrollment targets.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and institutions to enhance recruitment initiatives.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to highlight Manav Rachna's programs to positively influence international prospective students and our recruitment and retention goals.
  • Deliver information sessions abroad to various audiences, including prospective students, parents, influencers, and agents.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality student-focused services throughout the admissions process.
  • Expand the university's global reputation as a leading study destination through exceptional service and support.
  • Respond to all admission inquiries in a professional, accurate, and quick manner.
  • Advise prospective students and agents on the university application process, admission requirements, and provide specific feedback as required.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including academic departments, to align admissions processes with program-specific criteria.
  • Foster positive relationships with external stakeholders, representing the university at international events and forums.
