Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Specialist. The role is based in Faridabad, with some work from home acceptable. The Human Resources Specialist will manage HR functions, support the development and implementation of HR policies, oversee employee benefits, and handle personnel management tasks. Day-to-day tasks will include recruiting, onboarding, coordinating training sessions, and maintaining employee records.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Human Resources (HR) and Personnel Management
  • Experience in HR Management and developing HR Policies
  • Knowledge of Employee Benefits administration
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
  • Prior experience in staffing and recruitment is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
