We are seeking a driven Business Development Professional to spearhead impactful partner-led marketing campaigns, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.
This role offers excellent exposure to international tourism boards, attractions, and lifestyle brands, providing ample opportunities for professional growth.
- Develop and execute co-branded campaigns with tourism boards, attractions, airlines, and lifestyle brands.
- Design persuasive proposals to communicate value propositions and ROI.
- Track destination trends, competitor activities, seasonal patterns, and emerging tools to generate actionable insights.
- Manage campaign tracking, analyze results, and prepare performance reports.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Optimize research, workflows, and reporting using AI and digital tools.
To succeed in this position, candidates should possess:
- 0-3 years of experience in partnerships, alliances, digital marketing, client-servicing, or business development.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in GA4, Google Sheets, UTMs, CRM systems; familiarity with paid marketing basics.
- Comfortable using AI tools for research, content, and reporting.
- Skilled in creating structured decks, reports, and presentations.
Candidates who excel in this role will:
- Deliver 2-3 live partner campaigns with measurable KPIs.
- Build a reusable library of proposals and case studies.
- Publish a monthly 'Destination & Trends' memo for the Alliances team.
