Digital Marketing Professional

This role involves the development of a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive business growth and enhance brand visibility across India.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks:

  • Digital Strategy:
    • Design and implement a cohesive digital marketing plan that aligns with the company's objectives, leveraging key touchpoints to provide an exceptional customer experience.
    • Influence stakeholders to develop a seamless 360° consumer journey, significantly boosting conquest & loyalty.
    • Oversee brand communication across all digital platforms, prioritizing key areas to maximize performance and ROI.
    • Manage the digital marketing budget to optimize performance and return on investment.
    • Identify local requirements and ensure their implementation to support global initiatives in India.
    • Map and optimize the digital customer journey, developing tailored strategies.
  • Digital Campaign Management and Paid Media:
    • Lead digital agencies and campaigns from planning and execution to analysis and optimization, including creative briefs for highly effective assets.
    • Drive continuous improvement and paid media performance to maximize ROI.
    • Develop automated lead generation/nurturing campaigns to engage customers.
  • Social Media & Website Management:
    • Enhance social media performance with innovative and engaging content.
    • Oversee Online Reputation Management, developing mitigation plans by monitoring online mentions and reviews.
    • Ensure compliance with all legal regulations and policies.
    • Manage and enhance Porsche India/retailer pages and social media handles.
    • Optimize lead generation forms to minimize drop-offs across the customer journey.
  • Reporting & Analysis:
    • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to establish high-quality dashboards of digital marketing performance/campaigns, deriving actions to continuously improve KPI track records.
    • Monitor, analyze, and steer KPIs and online channels across India and retailers. Propose tools/measures to enhance digital performance.
    • Support the Marketing/Sales Manager with budgeting and success evaluation.
    • Monitor competitive landscape, identifying trends and leveraging insights for strategic advantage.
  • Dealership Steering:
    • Steer all digital marketing activities, including paid media, of retailers using best practices, templates, and guidelines to maximize lead generation, lead conversion, and sales.
    • Elevate retailer management requirements to ensure relevant systems and tools are used to track and enhance performance.
    • Develop training and development plans for marketing staff, ensuring continuous professional growth and alignment with strategic goals.
