Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to fill the role of Insurance Partnerships Specialist. This individual will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our partners in the Life and Health Insurance vertical, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver ongoing assistance to partners by addressing their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for partner communication, fostering strong relationships and trust.
  • Assist partners with product-related queries, policy issuance, claims processing, and other operational matters.
  • Help partners navigate insurance portals, guaranteeing they have access to all available tools and resources.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve partner concerns, prioritizing prompt and effective solutions.
  • Spearhead partner onboarding processes, ensuring seamless integration and thorough training on insurance products and systems.
  • Monitor and track partner performance, guaranteeing adherence to company standards and business objectives.
  • Organize and deliver training sessions to keep partners up-to-date with product knowledge and industry regulations.
  • Promote open and transparent communication between partners and the organization.
