Job Title: Global Partnerships Specialist

We seek a high-energy professional to join our sales team as a Business Development Representative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, pitching, and onboarding global vendors.

This position is critical in driving revenue growth, market expansion, and long-term partnerships in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying potential vendors via platforms like LinkedIn and trade directories
  • Pitching our value proposition with clarity and confidence to decision-makers
  • Managing the complete sales cycle from outreach to onboarding
  • Conducting discovery calls to assess vendor readiness and commercial viability
  • Collaborating with pricing, logistics, and product teams for seamless integration
  • Meeting and exceeding weekly/monthly acquisition targets
  • Driving consistent outbound efforts (calls, emails, follow-ups) to maintain a healthy pipeline
  • Maintaining vendor documentation and ensuring compliance
  • Tracking performance metrics via Excel/Google Sheets/CRM and contributing to strategic vendor sourcing
Requirements

We are looking for highly motivated individuals with:

  • 13 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Vendor Management, or Inside Sales
  • Strong English communication and persuasive ability
  • Numerically sharp comfortable with margins, ROI, pricing logic
  • Target-driven and solution-oriented
  • Comfortable working in a night shift (US time zone)
  • Ability to handle objections and close deals independently
Preferred Experience

Previous experience in e-commerce or B2B platforms (seller onboarding, vendor acquisition), high-pressure sales environments (BPO, EdTech, FinTech, SaaS), CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce), and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets is an advantage.
