Job Title:

The Donor Processing Coordinator is a multifunctional role covering donor processing, quality control, communications, and office tasks.

We are seeking an individual who can provide superior customer service to donors through multiple communication channels. The ideal candidate will research and respond to donor inquiries, complaints, concerns, and issues in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process donation information via data entry, recognition, and documentation. Ensure data integrity by conducting quality assurance on all India donation data entry and generating reports as needed.
  • Resolve donor processing product or service issues by clarifying the donor's issue, determining the cause, and selecting/relaying the best solution to resolve the issue.
  • Communicate effectively with donors, leaders, and headquarters staff/departments to resolve concerns within set turn-around times.
  • Responsible for ensuring monitoring reports (MIS) are accurate and submitted in a timely manner.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field such as business administration or social services.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of related experience in office administration, account receivables, grants, etc.
  • Ability to learn new processes and rapidly adapt to changing priorities.
  • Comfort with operating in multiple databases with comprehension and accuracy.
  • Good skills in MS Excel, eye for detail.
