Role Summary:

We are seeking an Analyst to join our team. The Analyst will work on structuring affordable housing deals and applying for funding to various governmental sources.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, project/infrastructure finance, credit analysis, valuation, and balance sheet analysis. They will also be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe PDF.

Responsibilities include preparing MS Excel based funding applications, preparing support documentation, monitoring and tracking documents, researching new funding opportunities, and working on other aspects of the development finance process.

The successful candidate will be a graduate or postgraduate degree holder in business, construction management, or a related field with minimum 2 years of experience in real estate, underwriting, financial modelling, or financial research.

The role requires excellent oral and written communication skills, high initiative, responsibility, diligence, and professionalism. The candidate is expected to work remotely as part of a team and be available during extended hours.
