Real Estate Sourcing Specialist

The ideal candidate for this role will have a keen eye for identifying and acquiring properties that meet our sales objectives.

About the Role:

This position is responsible for sourcing new real estate opportunities, conducting market research, and negotiating deals to support our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Property Acquisition:
    • Research and identify potential properties, projects, or land suitable for our sales objectives.
    • Build and maintain relationships with property owners, brokers, developers, and other key stakeholders.
    • Conduct site visits, market analysis, and due diligence to assess viability.
  • Market Research and Analysis:
    • Stay up-to-date on market trends, zoning regulations, property values, and competitor activities.
    • Analyze data to identify emerging opportunities and potential risks in various locations.
  • Negotiation and Deal Structuring:
    • Negotiate purchase terms, pricing, and contract conditions with property owners and developers.
    • Collaborate with legal and finance teams to structure deals that align with our strategic goals.
    • Ensure timely closure of deals while optimizing costs and maximizing potential returns.
  • Sales Support and Coordination:
    • Closely collaborate with the sales team to understand client preferences and sourcing requirements.
    • Ensure sourced properties align with customer demand, market trends, and company objectives.
    • Provide regular updates to the sales team on new acquisitions and market developments.
  • Documentation and Compliance:
    • E nsure all sourcing activities comply with legal, regulatory, and company policies.
    • Maintain accurate records of property sourcing activities, contracts, and transaction documentation.
  • Stakeholder Relationship Management:
    • Develop strong relationships with external partners, including real estate agencies, local authorities, and consultants.
    • Represent the company in meetings with property owners, developers, and government bodies.
