
European Sales Director

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead the growth of our European market for software solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to build and lead a high-performing sales team, driving revenue growth and expanding our client base.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, building strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, and collaborating with internal teams to align sales activities with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the European market for software solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base.

- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Lead contract negotiations and ensure timely closure of deals.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:
Essential Qualifications:
- A background in sales within the SAAS industry, particularly in the European market.
- Strong understanding of client relationship management and sales processes.
- Proven ability to identify and capitalise on business opportunities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in preparing and analysing sales reports.
