We're seeking an experienced Senior Design Manager to lead our design practice for retail convenience consumer technology in Bangalore. This role will drive the vision, strategy, and execution of user-centered design solutions, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and business impact across digital and physical touchpoints in the convenience retail sector.

This position requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of UX/UI designers, researchers, and content professionals. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of UX/UI design, design systems, interaction design, and user research methodologies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Design Leadership: Define and execute the design vision and strategy for retail convenience consumer tech, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of UX/UI designers, researchers, and content professionals
  • Design Excellence: Oversee the end-to-end design process, from research and ideation through prototyping, testing, and final implementation

The successful candidate will have at least 12 years of progressive experience in design, with at least 5 years in leadership or management roles. A Bachelor's or advanced degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field is preferred.
