About this role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled culinary professional to join our team as a Chef De Partie. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality food in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

The role involves supervising kitchen duties, training junior staff, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization. You will be responsible for opening and closing procedures, managing inventory, and implementing hotel and department regulations.

To succeed in this position, you must have excellent communication skills, the ability to work well under pressure, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervise kitchen duties and train junior staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization
  • Manage inventory, including operating supplies and equipment
  • Implement hotel and department regulations, policies, and procedures
  • Perform opening and closing procedures, ensuring all areas of the kitchen are clean and organized
