Vasantha Advanced Systems is a leading provider of end-to-end electronics solutions, specializing in PCB Assembly, Wiring Harness, Microcontroller-Based Products, Coil Winding, Box-Built Products, and Complete Product Development for OEMs and ODMs.

We serve industries like automotive, industrial, consumer electronics, and medical. Our team is looking for an experienced Marketing Executive to generate leads, build client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and support brand growth in domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies to attract OEMs/ODMs.
  • Generate and qualify leads through online/offline channels, industry expos, and professional networks.
  • Identify new markets, customer segments, and partnership opportunities.
  • Coordinate and manage participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
  • Maintain CRM systems and track lead conversion performance.
  • Work closely with the sales and technical teams to prepare RFQ responses, proposals, and client presentations.
  • Dive digital presence via various B2B platforms with marketing content and campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of marketing/sales experience in the EMS or electronics manufacturing industry.
  • Strong understanding of EMS processes, PCBA, wiring harness, and box-build services.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools and digital marketing strategies.
