Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned digital marketing specialist to spearhead our Google Ads strategy across Southeast Asia.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing large-scale Google Ads campaigns that drive business growth and customer engagement. Your expertise in audience targeting, bidding strategies, A/B testing, and performance optimization will be instrumental in achieving our marketing objectives.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of Google Ads platform, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setup is highly desirable.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will be expected to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align messaging with business goals and develop multi-market media strategies tailored to local behaviors and insights.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute large-scale Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max
  • Manage and scale advertising budgets ranging from $50,000 to $300,000+ per month
  • Monitor campaign performance and conversions using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and in-platform tools
  • Analyze data, identify trends, and continuously improve ROAS and CPA
  • Collaborate with local eCommerce, content, and creative teams to align messaging with business goals
  • Build and manage multi-market media strategies tailored to local behaviors and insights

Requirements:

  • 3–5+ years of direct experience managing large-scale Google Ads campaigns
  • Demonstrated success managing budgets over $100,000/month
  • Strong understanding of audience targeting, bidding strategies, A/B testing, and performance optimization
  • Proficiency with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setup
  • Experience in Southeast Asian markets (SG, MY, TH, ID) is a strong plus
