Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned Education Professional to drive the growth of our school network and increase student engagement.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in establishing strong relationships with Principals and senior authorities in schools, driving student engagement, and increasing sales.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage key accounts and build strong relationships with Principals to drive student engagement and increase sales.
  • Approach Grade A schools to organize events, seminars, and workshops to capture leads and expand the school network.
  • Provide accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts to drive data-driven decision making.
  • Develop and implement a bouquet of activities across different accounts and cities, ensuring clearly defined timelines and objective outputs.
  • Coordinate with marketing to ensure timely delivery of sales briefcases to resources.
  • Expand consultants' networks and increase output from existing consultants and school accounts.
  • Maintain a minimum number of field visits per week and optimize travel arrangements.
Requirements
  • A minimum of [X] years of experience in the Education Industry, preferably with strong network connections.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong relationship-building skills to establish trust with Principals and senior authorities.
  • Ability to interact with senior authorities in schools and negotiate agreements.
  • Open to travel and willing to adapt to changing priorities.
