Agile Coach

As a highly skilled Agile Coach, you will be responsible for facilitating Agile/Scrum ceremonies, ensuring seamless team collaboration and stakeholder engagement.

  • You will be the driving force behind our Agile transformation, providing coaching and guidance to the team to ensure successful project delivery.
  • With your expertise in Agile methodologies, you will help us navigate the complexities of Agile implementation, identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
  • Your exceptional communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders will be essential in promoting Agile principles across the organization.
  • By leveraging your knowledge of Jira, Confluence and other Agile tools, you will streamline our workflows, improve transparency and enhance collaboration among team members.
  • As a seasoned Agile Coach, you will also be responsible for developing and implementing effective Agile training programs to upskill the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Agile coaching and facilitation.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing Agile methodologies in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent understanding of Agile frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban and Lean.
  • Strong technical skills, including Jira, Confluence and other Agile tools.
  • Ability to communicate complex Agile concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in developing and delivering Agile training programs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex Agile challenges.
