Job Title: Background Verification Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage onboarding documentation, coordinate with background check agencies, and work on VMS/Beeline tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage candidate onboarding documents.
  • Coordinate with background check agencies.
  • Work on VMS/Beeline tools for efficient processing.
  • Set up new client accounts and complete onboarding activities.
  • Follow up with candidates and agencies to expedite background verification.
  • Participate in client calls for audits and background check requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR operations, onboarding, or background verification.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong follow-up skills.

Work Details:

  • Location: On-site role.
  • Shift: Night shift (6:30 PM IST - 3:30 AM IST).
  • Employment Type: Full-time.
