Documentation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Documentation Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in creating high-quality technical documentation for our products.
About the Role- Create accurate and engaging technical documents that meet our quality standards.
- Develop user guides, FAQs, and product technical overviews that are easy to understand and navigate.
- Collaborate with Product and Delivery teams to deliver documentation on time and within budget.
- Gather product information from agile meetings, specifications, and discussions with Subject Matter Experts.
- Participate in peer review processes to improve documentation quality and consistency.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of documentation processes, standards, checklists, and templates.
- Suggest improvements to screen labels and error messages to enhance the customer experience.
- Coordinate with onsite trainers for required document deliverables.
- Proven English writing skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of MSTP is required.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
- Strong research skills and good decision-making abilities.
- Team player skills and self-motivation.
- Ability to work under pressure with changing priorities and tight deadlines.
