Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to deliver projects on-time, within scope.

About the Role:

  • Develop project scopes and objectives by involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation to meet project requirements.
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress, including timelines and milestones.
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner is required.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g. Basecamp or Trello) is preferred.
  • Manage the relationship with clients and all stakeholders.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Requirements:

  • Candidates should have a great educational background, preferably in computer science or engineering for technical project managers.
  • Proven working experience as a project administrator in the IT sector is essential.
  • Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies is required.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills are necessary.
  • PMP/PRINCE II certification is a plus.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills are required.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office is necessary.
