Project Manager Position

About the Role:

This is an opportunity to lead strategic and operational projects within a production unit. You will be responsible for coordinating projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery, high quality, and clear communication with international teams.

The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, entrepreneurial mindset, and ability to work autonomously.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all production-related projects, including operations, quality, compliance, logistics, maintenance, and process improvements.
  • Coordinate relationships with external vendors, contract manufacturers, and service providers.
  • Serve as primary liaison between international teams, ensuring alignment on priorities, effective communication, and timely updates.
  • Develop project schedules, manage resources, identify dependencies, and monitor timelines.
  • Track costs, ensure resource optimization without compromising quality or compliance.
  • Identify and evaluate project risks, propose mitigation strategies, and resolve challenges proactively.
  • Create, revise, and improve SOPs and workflows to boost efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance with industry standards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Food Technology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in project management within an industrial setting.
  • Strong understanding of GMP, HACCP, FDA, and FSSC 22000 regulations.
  • Proven ability to analyze data, manage project budgets, and optimize resource usage.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency with project management platforms.
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to work autonomously.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in the food, nutraceuticals, or supplement industry.
  • Experience coordinating with international teams.
  • PMP certification is a plus but not mandatory.
