Project Delivery Manager

A commercial interior fit-out project delivery manager is required to lead the end-to-end execution of projects for global enterprise clients. This role plays a key part in scaling repeatable, high-quality workspace models.

The ideal candidate will have 8-15 years of experience managing commercial or office interior fit-out projects, including high-value or GCC-related assignments. They should have hands-on leadership of on-site teams and contractors, ideally with prior turnkey project experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead turnkey fit-out execution: interpret design drawings, BOQs, align procurement, manage site delivery, commissioning, snag resolution, and client handover.
  • Prepare and control project plans—schedule, budget, resources; maintain governance via change control and risk logs.
  • Coordinate internal/external stakeholders—including clients, designers, vendors, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
  • Conduct frequent site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, HSE and building codes.
  • Facilitate timely resolution of technical or contractual challenges; oversee accurate documentation from RFIs to variation orders and handover dossiers.
  • Deliver structured stakeholder reporting and maintain transparency throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar field.
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale commercial interior fit-out projects within budget and timelines.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate cross-functional teams.
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification an advantage.
